肱骨近端骨折内固定术后并发症原因分析及对策

目的探讨肱骨近端骨折内固定术后并发症的可能原因,并提出相应对策。方法回顾总结12例肱骨近端骨折内固定术后出现的并发症,分析其原因及所作的相应处理。结果 12例患者均得到随访,9例再次内固定患者术后肩关节功能经美国肩肘外科医师(ASES)评分评价,平均为68.3(36.7～83)分,骨折均愈合。结论完善术前准备、手术操作及术后功能锻炼指导,可减少肱骨近端骨折内固定术后并发症的发生。

Cause analysis and treatment countermeasure for postoperative complications of proximal humerus fracture

Objective To analyze the possible causes of the complications after internal fixation of proximal humerus fractures,and propose the treatment countermeasure.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with complications after internal fixation of proximal humerus fracture were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The possible causes and treatment outcomes for each complication were analyzed.Results All of the 12 cases were followed up,nine cases who received reoperation got an average of 68.3(36.7 to 83.0) points according to the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES) scoring system,and all the fractures were healed.Conclusion To improve the preoperative preparation,surgical procedures and postoperative functional exercises can reduce the incidence of complications after internal fixation of proximal humerus fracture.
