口服双嘧达莫联合思密达灌肠治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻100例

目的探讨口服双嘧达莫和思密达灌肠治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法 192例腹泻患儿按随机数字表法分为2组：治疗组100例和对照组92例。2组患儿均采用常规治疗。在此基础上,治疗组加用口服双嘧达莫和思密达灌肠治疗。2组疗程均为5 d。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为86.0%、52.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组、对照组腹泻停止时间（3.4±0.6）d、（6.2±0.8）d,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论应用口服双嘧达莫和思密达灌肠治疗秋季腹泻有较好的疗效,且病程缩短。

Oral Persantine Combined with Smecta Enema for Treatment of Autumnal Diarrhea in 100 Infants

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of oral persantine combined with smecta enema on infantile autumnal diarrhea.Methods A total of 192 infants with autumnal diarrhea were randomly divided into therapy group（n=100） and control group（n=92）.All patients received routine treatment.On this basis,the infants in therapy group were given a combined treatment with oral persantine and smecta enema.All infants were treated for 5 days.Results The total effective rate in therapy group was significantly higher than that in control group（86.0% vs 52.2%,P0.05）.Duration of diarrhea was（3.4±0.6） days and（6.2±0.8） days in therapy group and control group,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Combined treatment with oral persantine and smecta enema has good curative effects on infantile autumnal diarrhea,and can shorten the course of therapy.
