| 摘 要： | 目的 评价抚触对人工流产者在实施手术过程中疼痛的影响。方法 将65例受术者半随机分为试验组（术中进行抚触干预）35例和对照组（常规护理）30例，比较两组人工流产者术中自觉疼痛程度、血压及心率的变化。结果 两组人工流产者术中自觉疼痛程度、血压及心率变化存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论 术中抚触可有效减轻人工流产患者的疼痛程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the effect of alleviating pain by touching the clients undergoing the induced abortion.Methods 65 clients who underwent the induced abortion were divided randomly into 2 groups:35 clients in the study group got touching interventions,and 30 clients in the control group received routine nursing. The sense of pain and the changes in blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results There were significant differences in the sense of pain,changes in blood pressure and heart rate between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Touching patients undergoing the induced abortion operation can alleviate their pain. |
