上移阴茎阴囊交界部矫正隐匿型阴茎

目的 介绍矫正隐匿阴茎的一种简便而又有效的新术式。方法 采用阴茎与阴囊交界部弧形切口，切断牵拉阴茎的纤维筋膜，充分伸展阴茎，并将切缘皮下肉膜组织与海绵体脚筋膜固定，使阴茎阴囊交界部上移至正常解剖位置。结果 经10个月以上随访，53例患者均获满意外观，3例婚后性生活正常。5例术后阴茎皮肤水肿在一个月内消退。结论 上移阴茎阴囊交界部的术式，可使阴茎充分外露。

Removing penoscrotal junction upwardly for the correction of buried penis

Objective To present a new simple approach to the correction of buried penis. Methods A arcincision was placed at the penoscrotal junction, all firbrotic tissue that binded the penile shaft was excised and thedissection was deepened down to the root of the penis until the whole penile shaft had been released. Then thesubcutaneous and dartos tissue of the scrotum were fixed to the tunica at the base of the penile shaft and thepenoscrotal junction was removed upwardly to normal position. Results 53cases have had followed-up at least 10monthes and satisfactory correction had been achieved. 3 married men had good sexual function. Conclusions Buriedpenis is a anatomic defect and upward removing of the penoscrotal junction can make the penis abundantly revealed.
