肝动脉化疗栓塞对原发性肝癌术后的影响

目的：评价经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞对原发性肝细胞癌术后的疗效。方法：将术前诊断为能手术切除的88例原发性肝细胞癌患者随机分为两组。A组(n＝44)术前4—8周进行1—2次化疗栓塞后手术切除．B组(n＝44)诊断成立后即手术切除。结果：无严重手术并发症或化疗栓塞相关并发症。术后6、12、18、24、36个月复发率差异不显著(P＞0．05)，12、24、36个月生存率相差不显著(P＞0．05)，术中平均出血量、手术并发症发生率及联合脏器切除相差显著(P＜0．05)。结论：能手术切除的原发性肝细胞癌术前不宜行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞。

Influence of Preventive Effects of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization on Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To investigate preventive effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on hepatectomy in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Before operation,hepatectomtive 88 HCC patients were randomized into two groups.Of all the patients,44 in group A during 4-8 weeks preoperatively received 1-2 TACE.44 in group B received hepatectomy at once. Results There were no severe complications of TACE or hepatectomy.The 6-,12-,18-,24-,36 months recurring rate and the 12-,24-,36 months survial rate was no significant difference between group A and B(P>0 05).But as for operative blood,the rate of severe complications and the rate of operation with other organ,there was significant difference(P<0 05).Conclusion HCC patients with received hepatectomy must not be received TACE.
