| 摘 要： | 越来越多的实验结果证实肿瘤起源于干细胞,诸如白血病、乳腺癌、脑肿瘤等已成功分离出肿瘤干细胞,有关肝干细胞与肝癌的研究较为成熟,理论上应存在肝癌干细胞,但因缺乏特异性标志物,相关的肝癌干细胞分离尚未成功.

| Abstract: | There are increasing research data to support the hypothesis that tumor is originated from its stem cell.Specific bio-marker of tumor stem cells(TSCs)had been successfully isolated in leukemia,breast cancer,brain tumor and some other types of tumor.There were intensive studies focused on defining the hepatic stem cell and its relation with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)since long time and interesting progress had been made.But since now,hepatoma stem cell had not been successfully isolated because lack of the specific bio-marker even theoretically there might be.Here,we reviewed and summarized recent published data and research progress focusing on the stem cell and tumorigenesis study,also our understanding and perspectives. |
