| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无痛人工流产术前阴道放置卡前列甲酯扩张软化宫颈适宜的给药时间。方法采用前瞻性对比研究，将200例自愿要求行无痛人工流产术的妇女随机分为A、B、C三组，A组卡前列甲酯0．5mg术前1h放入阴道后穹窿，B组术前2h放入阴道后穹窿，C组不采用任何药物行人工流产术。观察并比较各组在人工流产术中宫颈松弛程度、手术时间、术中出血量、手术效果、副反应等参数。结果A组、B组较C组在宫颈松弛程度方面具有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。A组与B组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。手术中出血量A、B、C三组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。手术时间和手术效果方面A组、B组与C组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论无痛人工流产术前阴道放置卡前列甲酯0．5mg可以有效地扩张软化宫颈、缩短手术时间、减少受术者痛苦；术前阴道上药时间1h和2h同样有效。
