牙列重度磨耗重建的临床研究

目的:评价由于牙列重度磨耗导致垂直距离(OVD)降低进行咬合重建的疗效。方法:33例牙列重度磨耗患者,共制作207件金属烤瓷冠桥,进行重建修复并追综观察3～6年。结果:33例患者关系均恢复,面下1/3高度得到适度改善,颞颌关节功能紊乱综合征和过敏症状消失或得到改善,咀嚼功能改善。结论:固定修复是一种用于牙列重度磨耗重建有效治疗方法。而正中关系位的建立并维持新的稳定的ICP接触关系原则是重建治疗的核心。

Study of the occlusal rehabilitation with severe dental attrition

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of occlusal rehabilitation in patients with decreased vertical dimensious caused by serious attrition.Methods:Twenty-three patients were restored with 207 crowns and bridges.The patients followed up for 3 years to 4 years.Results:The occlusion dentition was obtained the dimensions of lower third of face were improved.The functional activities of mastication were restored.The ternporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome and hypersusccptible symp lorns disapperaed or were allcviated.Conclusion:Fixed prosthesis is an effective treatment for advanced tooth wear.Building the intercuspal occlusion position and keeping the ICP contact relation with new and stable is a core of occlusal rehabilitation.
