| Abstract: | Six new nortriterpenoids, lancifodilactones I-N (1-6), as well as nine known ones, were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra lancifolia. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR analysis, and the structures of compounds 1 and 4 were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. In addition, all new compounds were tested for anti-HIV-1 activity. |
