针推治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪粗大运动功能障碍21例

目的：观察针推治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪粗大运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：入选21例患者均采用头针、体针针刺配合推拿治疗，并以粗大运动功能测试量表（GMFM量表）进行疗效评价。结果：经过1个疗程治疗，21例患者A、B、C、D区量表积分都有增加，与治疗前比较，有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；E区积分虽有增加，但与治疗前比较，无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：针推治疗小儿脑性瘫痪粗大运动功能障碍有明显疗效。

21 Cases of Children Spastic Cerebral Palsy Gross Motor Dysfunction Treated with Acupuncture and Massage

Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and massage in treating children spastic cerebral palsy gross motor dysfuuction. Methods： 21 patients were treated by scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture combined with massage, and gross motor function measure （GMFM scale） was used to evaluate the curative effect. Resuhs： After one com＇se of treatment, A, B, C, D some scores of 2l patients were increased, compared with that before treatment, there was statistically significance （P 〈 0.01 ） ; E integral was increased, but compared with that before the treatment, there was no statistical significance （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Acnpuncture and massage has obvious therapeutic effect in treating children spastic cerebral palsy gross motor dys- function.
