七叶皂苷钠治疗骨折肢体肿胀疗效观察

摘    要:为了观察七叶皂苷钠注射剂治疗骨折肢体肿胀的临床疗效。将 4 5 2例患者按 2∶1的比例随机分成观察组和对照组 ,分别观察骨折肢体肿胀消退的程度和时间 ,观察组给予七叶皂苷钠 ,对照组给予甘露醇。结果显示观察组治愈率与总有效率分别为85 .5 %与 91.9% ,优于对照组 6 4 .8%与 75 .9% ,两组比较 (P <0 .0 5 )有显著性差异。表明七叶皂苷钠对肢体骨折手法复位或手术切开复位后肢体肿胀治疗有显著效果。

Abstract:In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Injection Sodium Aescinate (ISA) on the swellings of the fractured extremity (SFE), 452 SFE cases were randomly divided into two groups: the observed (n=301 cases) and the control (n=151 cases), which were treated by ISA and by mannitol, respectively and the degree and time of the extremity-swelling extinction were observed respectively. The results showed that the curative and total effective rates of the observed were 85.5% and 91.9%, respectively; while those of the control were 64.8% and 75.9%, respectively; the comparison of the two groups showed a very significant difference, suggesting that ISA could produce a significant therapeutic effect on SFE after the manipulative or open reduction.
