| 摘 要： | 目的探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)在卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者自主神经功能受损诊断中的临床价值。方法对33例PSD患者、45例脑卒中患者、30例抑郁症患者和30例健康人进行交感神经皮肤反应测定。结果卒中后抑郁组与其他3组比较,SSR的波潜伏期延长,波幅降低(P<0.01)。结论PSD患者存在自主神经功能损害,SSR可作为自主神经功能受损的实验室依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of sympathetic skin response(SSR) on autonomic nerve functional lesion in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods The sympathetic skin response test was used on 33 patients with PSD,45 patients with strokes,30 patients with depressive disorders and 30 healthy controls.Results Comparing with the other three groups,the latency phase of SSR lengthened and the wave amplitude reduced in the PSD group(P<0.01).Conclusion The autonomic nerve functional lesion existed in the patients with PSD,The SSR could be used as a laboratory basis to autonomic nerve functional lesion in patients with PSD. |
