OPN在胆管腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系

目的:检测OPN在胆管腺癌、癌旁胆管组织中的表达,了解OPN在胆管腺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系.方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测OPN在44例胆管腺癌、44例癌旁胆管组织中的表达情况,分析OPN与胆管癌临床病理参数的关系,并对患者进行随访.结果:OPN在胆管腺癌、癌旁胆管组织中表达阳性率分别为68.2%(30/44)、27.3%(12/44),在胆管腺癌组织中表达阳性率明显高于癌旁胆管组织(P<0.05).OPN在胆管腺癌组织中的表达与胆管癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.OPN阳性表达患者术后5年总体生存率明显低于阴性患者(P=0.015).结论:OPN在胆管腺癌组织中高表达,与胆管癌的侵袭、转移及预后密切相关,可作为胆管腺癌的参考指标,对胆管腺癌的诊断和预后评估具有重要意义.

The expression of OPN and its relationship with prognosis in bile duct adenocarcinoma

Objective:To detect OPN expression in bile duct adenocarcinoma tissues,adjacent noncancerous bile duct tisses,understand the expression of OPN in bile duct adenocarcinoma and its relationship with prognosis.Methods:Collected bile duct adenocarcinoma tissues 44 cases,adjacent noncancerous bile duct tisses 44 cases.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of OPN and analyze the relationship between OPN and clinical pathological parameters of bile duct carcinoma.Results:The positive expression of OPN in bile duct adenocarcinoma and adjacent noncancerous bile duct tisses respectively was 68.2% (30/44),27.3% (12/44).The positive expression rate of OPN in bile duct adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent noncancerous bile duct tissues (P<0.05).The expression of OPN in bile duct adenocarcinoma tissues was related with bile duct cancer invasion depth and lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative 5-year overall survival of the positive expression group was significantly lower than that of the negative expression group(P=0.015).Conclusion:OPN is highly expressed in bile duct adenocarcinoma tissues,which is closely related with bile duct cancer invasion,metastasis and prognosis,can be the tumor marker of bile duct adenocarcinoma.It is important for diagnosis and prognosis assessment in bile duct adenocarcinoma.
