心理社会因素与胃癌的关系

目的:探讨心理社会因素与胃癌的关系.方法:对2012年6月至2015年6月收入我院的100例胃癌患者及健康对照组完成艾森克人格问卷、生活事件量表、社会支持评定量表、应付方式问卷、汉密顿抑郁量表的评测.非条件Logistic前进逐步回归法,筛选出可能与胃癌有关的心理社会因素.结果:艾森克个性量表评分的P维度、E维度,社会支持评定量表的主观支持度、社会支持利用度,应对方式的解决问题、自责,生活事件量表的负性刺激量和汉密顿抑郁量表评分在病例组和对照组间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经多因素分析,艾森克个性量表评分的P维度、社会利用度、自责、负性事件刺激量、HAMD评分最终进入逻辑回归方程.结论:艾森克个性量表评分的P维度、社会利用度、自责、负性事件刺激量、HAMD评分这些心理社会因素可能是诱发胃癌的重要危险因素.

Investigation on the relation between psychosocial factors and gastric cancer

Objective:To explore the relationship between psychosocial factors and gastric cancer.Methods:Total of 100 patients of gastric cancer were chosen as disease group,100 healthy persons as control group.All cases were studied by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Life Event Scale,Social Support Sating Scale,Coping Style Questionnaire and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)Scale.Psychosocial factors possibly associated with gastric cancer were screened by non-conditional Logistic forward stepwise regression.Results:The P and E dimension of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,the subjective support and social support utilization of Social Support Sating Scale,the solving problems and self-accusation of Coping Style Questionnaire,the negative stimulus of Life Event Scale and the HAMD scores were statistically different in two groups (P<0.05).The P dimension of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,social support utilization,self-accusation,negative stimulus and HAMD scores were eventually entered into the logistic regression equation by multiple factors analysis.Conclusion:Psychosocial factors as P dimension of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,social support utilization,self-accusation,negative stimulus and HAMD scores may be one of the important risk factors for gastric cancer.
