| 摘 要： | 苦参碱是传统中药苦参中的主要有效成分,大量实验研究表明其具有广泛的抗肿瘤活性.目前,苦参碱在抗肝细胞癌中的作用研究备受关注,许多实验研究表明其具有较强的抗肝细胞癌活性,故本文结合国内外最新研究进展综述了苦参碱抗肝细胞癌作用机制的研究,包括:①体外细胞水平;②体内动物移植瘤水平.以期为临床合理用药起到指导作用.

| Abstract: | Matrine is the main active ingredient in the traditional Chinese medicine Sophora flavescens.A large number of experimental studies have shown that it has a wide range of anti-tumor activity.Currently,the role of matrine in anti-hepatocellular carcinoma was got a great attention.Many experimental studies have shown that it has a strong anti-hepatocellular carcinoma activity.Therefore,this article reviewed the latest research progress of matrine on the mechanism of anti-hepatocellular carcinoma,including in vitro cell levels and in vivo animal transplant tumor levels.It will play a guiding role to use drug rational in clinic. |
