125I放射性粒子植入治疗骨转移瘤的临床分析

目的:探讨125I放射性粒子植入治疗骨转移瘤的临床疗效.方法:对32例骨转移瘤患者的74个转移灶行125I放射性粒子植入治疗.术后进行随访,采用临床症状的改善和影像学进行综合疗效评价.结果:32例患者疼痛缓解情况:21例显效,8例有效,3例无效,有效率90.62%.患者术后VAS评分较术前明显降低(P<0.01).2月后复查CT,74个病灶中完全缓解(CR)13个;部分缓解(PR)49个;病变稳定(SD)10个;肿瘤进展(PD)2个,总有效率83.78%.所有患者均未出现严重不良反应.结论:125I放射性粒子植入治疗骨转移瘤具有临床疗效好,局部缓解率高,并发症发生率低、安全性高的优点,是一种较好的放射治疗方法.

Clinical analysis of bone metastasis treated by 125I radioactive seeds implantation

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of 125I radioactive seeds implantation in the treatment of bone metastasis.Methods:125I radioactive seeds were implanted permanently in 74 lesions of 32 patients with bone metastases.After operation,all patients were followed up.The clinical symptoms relieving degree and the imaging alterations of the osseous metastasis lesions were observed.Results:The effective pain-relieving rate was 90.62%(29/32) caused by permanent implantation of 125I radioactive seeds.Of all the patients,21 patients achieved complete response,8 patients obtained partial response,and 3 patients had no change.Their visual analogue pain scale (VAS) was decreased significantly after the treatment(P<0.01).Follow up with CT examination in 2 months after surgery demonstrated that complete relief (CR) in 13 cases,partial relief (PR) in 49 cases,stable disease (SD) in 10 cases,and progression of disease (PD) in 2 cases.The responsive rate was 83.78%.All the patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:125I radioactive seeds implantation procedure has good clinical effects in treating bone metastasis with minimal invasive and few complications.
