中医药对三阴乳腺癌术后预防复发转移的对比性研究

目的：评价中医药对三阴乳腺癌（TNBC）术后化疗或化放疗结束后给予中医巩固治疗是否能有效控制复发转移，延长无病生存期。方法：将72例三阴乳腺癌术后化疗或化放疗结束的患者分为2组进行回顾性对照研究：治疗组术后西医治疗后给予中医药治疗，至少1．5年。对照组术后西医治疗后不予特殊处理，临床观察。随访到复发转移。结果：Kaplan －Meier 生存曲线显示，治疗组的3年无病生存期（PFS）较对照组显示一定优势，有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。症状有明显疗效（P ＜0．05）。结论：三阴乳腺癌术后给予“乳癌术后巩固方”辨证服用中药对患者的生存有益，改善中医症状，提高患者生活质量。但需更多病例数进一步研究证明。

Comparative study on traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative triple negative breast cancer prevention and recurrence and metastasis

Objective:To evaluate whether the consolidation therapy with traditional Chinese medicine after the postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy for the triple negative breast cancer can effectively control the recurrence and metastasis and extend the progression -free survival (PFS).Methods:The retrospective control study was con-ducted in 72 patients after the postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy for the triple negative breast cancer,which were divided into 2 groups.The traditional Chinese medical treatment was given for the treatment group after the post-operative western medicine therapy for at least 1.5 years.No special treatment was provided for the control group after the postoperative western medicine therapy,with clinical observation.This group was followed up with recurrence and metastasis.Results:Kaplan -Meier survivorship curve showed that the 3 -year PFS in treatment group had more ad-vantages than that in control group.There was statistical difference (P <0.05 ).The symptoms were improved markedly (P <0.05).Conclusion:The "postoperative consolidation therapy of breast cancer"in combination with traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of TCMafter the triple negative breast cancer surgery was beneficial to the survival of patient,improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine and raise the quality of life.However,a further research with more cases is required.
