摘    要:血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)是一种新的肿瘤细胞血液供应的方式。现有研究表明,基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)具有促进 VM 管道形成的作用。本文将对 MMPs 与血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)的关系及其相关分子机制进行归纳,进一步探索两者之间的关系,从而为研究 VM 管道形成提供新的思路。

Abstract:vasculogenic mimicry(VM)was a new way of the blood supply to the tumor cells. Current research indi-cates that matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)had roles in promoting the formation of VM pipeline. This paper summa-rized the relationship and the related molecular mechanism between matrix metalloproteinases and vasculogenic mim-icry. We'd like to further explore the relationship between the two mdeanism,so as to provide a new idea for the study of the formation of VM pipeline.
