联合检测血清癌抗原724及甲胎蛋白在卵巢癌诊断、临床分期中的价值

目的:探讨联合检测血清癌胚抗原724(CA724)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)诊断卵巢癌的临床价值.方法:选取2015年1月至2015年12月本院经手术后病理确诊的卵巢癌患者100例(卵巢癌组)、卵巢良性疾病患者100例(良性组)、100例健康体检者(健康组).分别检测三组血清CA724、AFP水平,并对卵巢癌患者进行亚组分析,计算血清CA724、AFP鉴别诊断卵巢癌的临床价值.结果:卵巢癌组患者的血清CA724、AFP水平显著的高于良性组和健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组和健康组的血清CA724、AFP水平比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);卵巢癌组随着FIGO分期,血清CA724、AFP水平呈逐渐升高的趋势(P<0.05);血清CA724+AFP鉴别诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度为86.00%、特异度为89.00%、漏诊率为14.00%、误诊率为11.00%.结论:血清CA724、AFP联合检测对于临床鉴别诊断卵巢癌具有一定的临床价值.

Diagnostic value of combined detection of serum cancer antigen 724 and alpha fetoprotein in ovarian cancer and clinical staging

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum tumor antigen 724 (CA724) and alpha fetoprotein (AFP) in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2015,100 cases of ovarian cancer (ovarian cancer group),100 cases of benign ovarian diseases (benign group) and 100 healthy people (healthy group) were diagnosed by pathology after surgery.The serum levels of CA724 and AFP were detected in three groups,and the AFP and CA724 in the patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed.The clinical value of CA724 and AFP in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer was calculated.Results:Serum CA724,AFP levels in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than benign group and healthy group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Between benign group and healthy group,serum CA724,AFP levels didn't have significant difference (P>0.05).In ovarian cancer group,with FIGO staging,serum CA724,AFP levels were increased gradually (P<0.05).The sensitivity of serum CA724+AFP in differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer was 86.00%.The specificity was 89.00%.The rate of missed diagnosis was 14.00%.The misdiagnosis rate was 11.00%.Conclusion:The combined detection of serum AFP and CA724 has a certain clinical value for the differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
