腮腺肿瘤切除术后并发症的临床分析

目的：探讨腮腺肿瘤切除术后并发症发生情况。方法：选取2012年2月到2015年2月75例腮腺肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象，观察其并发症发生情况，总结其危险因素。结果：75例患者中共发生并发症45例，发生率60％，其中暂时性面神经麻痹占9．33％，面部凹陷占10．67％；耳大神经感觉异常发生率13．33％，Frey 综合征发生率为13．33％，和同组其他并发症比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。肿瘤恶性、肿瘤全切、面神经游离、肿瘤位于耳前、手术次数多、术者差异、翻瓣方式既是单危险因素，也是多危险因素（P 均＜0．05）。结论：腮腺肿瘤切除术后并发症和疾病本身等多因素有关。

Clinical investigation of complications of parotid tumor resection

Objective:To investigate the parotid tumor resection complications.Methods:February 2012 to Febru-ary 2015 75 cases of parotid tumor resection patients enrolled in this study,complications were observed,and study the risk factors.Results:Of 75 patients complications developed in 45 cases,the incidence wsa 60%,9.33% of tempora-ry facial paralysis,facial depression accounted for 10.67%,auricular nerve paresthesia the incidence was 13.33%, frey syndrome was 13.33%,and other complications was statistically significant (P <0.05).The risk factors were:malignant tumors,totally removed,free of the facial nerve,tumor in the ear,surgery more often,the flap (P <0.05). Conclusion:Parotid tumor resection and postoperative complications were related to the disease itself.
