Let －7在肺癌诊断、治疗及预后评估中的作用

肺癌是世界范围内发病率与病死率均居首位的恶性肿瘤，目前缺乏理想的早期诊断手段及有效的治疗方法。Let －7异常表达与肺癌的发生发展密切相关。根据大量研究表明，Let －7通过抑制相关癌基因的表达、肿瘤血管生成、提高放化疗和靶向治疗的敏感性，来抑制肺癌的发生和发展。本文就 Let －7与肺癌的诊断、治疗、预后评估等方面的研究现状作一综述。

The function of Let -7 for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis in lung cancer

Lung cancer ranks first in malignant tumor incidence and mortality in the world and there is lack of ideal diagnosis method and effective treatment method at present.Nowadays,researchers pay more attention to the relation-ship between Let -7 and lung cancer.The abnormal expression of Let -7 is closely related to the occurrence and de-velopment of lung cancer.According to a large number of studies,the occurrence and development of the lung cancer cells can be suppressed by restraining expression of oncogenes,the tumor angiogenesis and improving the sensitivity of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy with Let -7.This paper reviewed the research status of correlation of Let -7 and lung cancer diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and so on.
