循环miRNAs与胰腺癌早期诊断的研究进展

胰腺癌（pancreatic cancer）是目前世界范围内恶性程度最高的肿瘤之一，在消化系统恶性肿瘤中居第2位。胰腺癌起病隐匿，进展迅速，预后较差，术后5年生存率不超过5％。而且缺乏可靠的早期诊断肿瘤标志物，因此，寻找胰腺癌特异性的早期诊断肿瘤标志物显得尤为重要。近年来研究发现循环miRNA在胰腺癌的发生、发展及转移过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文就循环miRNA用于胰腺癌早期诊断的研究进展作一综述。

Progress of miRNAs and pancreatic cancer early diagnosis

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant tumors in the world.In the digestive system malignant tumor is in second place.Onset hidden,progress quickly,and poor prognosis are its characteristics.The 5 year survival rate was no more than 5%.And lack of reliable early diagnosis of tumor markers.So,It is important to look for the early diagnosis of tumor markers in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Cuerently,researches has discovered that the circulating miRNA plays more important roles in the course of pancreatic cancer germination and expand.In this pa-per,the porgerss of circulating miRNA applied to pancreatic cancer dagnosis was reviewed briefly.
