| 摘 要： | 微小RNA-451（ miR-451）作为具有基因调控功能的分子，在结肠癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的调控作用，有望成为肿瘤分子靶向治疗的新靶点。同时，miR-451还与结肠癌患者的临床分期、有无转移及预后密切相关，有望成为结肠癌患者早期诊断的分子标志物。

| Abstract: | MicroRNA-451,as a molecule with the function of gene regulation,plays an important role in the occur-rence and development of colon cancer,which is expected to be a new target for targeted therapy of tumor. At the same time,miR-451 has a close correlation with clinical stage,metastasis and prognosis of colon cancer patients. It is ex-pected to be a molecular marker for early diagnosis of colon cancer patients. |
