BCL2－L12在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与病理参数的关系

目的：通过测定BCL2－L12在正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况，探讨BCL2－L12在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与病理参数的相关性。方法：应用Real time PCR法检测36例良性病变切除子宫患者（对照组）的正常内膜组织及64例子宫内膜癌患者（实验组）病变内膜组织中BCL2－L12的表达情况，并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果：BCL2－L12在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达低于正常子宫内膜组织，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；BCL2－L12在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平与肌层浸润程度有关，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。BCL2－L12在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达与其他临床病理特征（比如病理学分期、组织学分化程度等）差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：BCL2－L12在子宫内膜癌组织中呈现低表达，且表达水平与肌层浸润程度有关，提示BCL2－L12可能在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中起抑制作用。

The expression and pathological parameters of BCL2-L12 in endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To discuss the expression of BCL2-L12 in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with pathological parameters,by measuring the expression of BCL2-L12 in normal endometrium and endometrial carcino-ma.Methods:Real time PCR was used to detect BCL2-L12 gene expression in endometrial tissue in 36 patients with benign lesions of the uterus (control group)and 64 patients with endometrial carcinoma (experimental group),and its relationship with clinical pathological parameters were analyzed.Results:The expression of BCL2-L12 in endometri-al carcinoma was lower than that in normal endometrial tissue,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05 );The expression level of BCL2-L12 in endometrial carcinoma was related to the degree of muscular invasion ,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of BCL2-L12 in endometrial carcinoma and other clinicopathological features,such as pathological stage,histological differentiation etc(P>0.05).Conclusion:BCL2-L12 was lower expression in endometrial carcinoma tissues compared with nor-mal endometrial tissues,the expression level was associated with muscular infiltration degree.So BCL2 -L12 might play a inhibitory role in the progression of endometrial carcinoma.
