复发鼻咽癌的治疗进展

鼻咽癌是我国南方地区的高发肿瘤,尽管首次根治性放疗后生存率较高,但是仍有约10%的患者出现局部或(和)区域复发.复发鼻咽癌的治疗是一个临床难题,传统的手术及二维放疗因有限的局部控制率及严重的并发症,现已较少使用.近年来随着一些新型治疗方法的出现,使部分鼻咽癌复发患者可取得较好的疗效.然而,由于缺乏足够的循证学证据,使临床医师使用这些新技术时存在一定的困难.本文主要就复发鼻咽癌相关治疗手段及研究进展进行综述.

Advanced research on treatment of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) is more common malignancy and endemic in southern China.Although the high survival rate after aggressive treatment,approximately 10% patients will suffer from local or(and) regional recurrence.The management of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma remains a challenging clinical problem.Traditional treatments included traditional surgery and dimensional radiotherapy offer limited local control and severe late complications are less used now.Recently,with the appearance of modern treatment techniques and strategies,some patients achieve good local control and overall survival.However,a lack of adequate evidence makes it difficult for clinicians to apply these powerful techniques and strategies.This article reviews the relevant treatment methods and advanced research on trearment of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
