鸦胆子油乳注射液联合重组人白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床分析

目的:研究鸦胆子油乳注射液联合重组人白介素-2(IL-2)治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效,以期为临床提供一定的参考.方法:选取2013年1月-2015年6月间入院诊治的肺癌恶性胸腔积液患者168例,随机分成治疗组(42例)和对照1组(42例)、对照2组(42例)、对照3组(42例).对照1组胸腔内灌注重组人白介素-2联合顺铂治疗,对照组2组单纯应用顺铂治疗,对照3组胸腔内灌注重组人白介素-2联合顺铂与鸦胆子油乳治疗,治疗组胸腔内灌注重组人白介素-2联合静脉滴注鸦胆子油乳.观察四组患者的治疗效果、不良反应、生活质量等指标.结果:治疗组CR 8例,PR 26例,总有效率为80.95%;对照1组CR 8例,PR 27例,总有效率为83.33%;对照2组CR 5例,PR 20例,总有效率为59.52%;对照3组CR 7例,PR 27例,总有效率为80.95%,对照2组与治疗组、对照1组及对照3组差异显著(P<0.05).治疗组不良反应发生率为28.57%,对照1组为42.86%,对照2组为47.62%,对照3组为33.33%,治疗组与对照3组的不良反应发生率显著较低(P<0.05).经治疗后,治疗组与对照3组在总体健康、疼痛与不适等生活质量的比较中显著优于对照1组与对照2组(P<0.05).结论:鸦胆子油乳注射液联合重组人白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液可显著提高治疗效果,降低不良反应,同时提高患者的生活质量.

Clinical analysis javanica oil emulsion injection recombinant human interleukin-2 treatment of malignant pleural effusion

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy javanica oil emulsion injection recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) treatment of malignant pleural effusion,in order to provide a reference for clinical.Methods:January 2013 to June 2015 between lung cancer and malignant pleural effusion diagnosis and treatment of 168 patients admitted to hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (42 cases) and control group 1 (42 cases),control group 2 (n=42),control group 3 (n=42).Control perfusion 1 pleural recombinant human interleukin-2 plus cisplatin treatment,control group 2 group were cisplatin treatment,the control within 3 pleural infusion of recombinant human interleukin-2 plus cisplatin versus brucea oil emulsion treatment,pleural within perfusion of recombinant human interleukin-2 combined with intravenous infusion javanica oil milk.Treatment effect was observed in four patients,adverse events,quality of life indicators.Results:The treatment group CR 8cases,PR 26cases,the total effective rate was 80.95%,control group 1 CR 8cases,PR 27cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%,control group 2 CR 5cases,PR 20cases,the total effective rate was 59.52%,control 3 group CR 7cases,PR 27cases,the total effective rate was 80.95%,control group 2 and treatment group,control group 1 and control group 3 were significantly different (P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 28.57% in the control group 1 was 42.86%,compared with 47.62% in control group 2,control group 3,compared with 33.33%,treatment and control rate of 3 adverse events was significantly lower (P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group and the control group in comparison 3 general health,pain and discomfort in the quality of life was significantly better than the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Javanica oil emulsion injection recombinant human interleukin-2 treatment of malignant pleural effusion can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce adverse reactions,while improving the quality of life of patients.
