肿瘤多药耐药机制的研究进展

在我国，多数肿瘤患者就诊时已处于临床中晚期，丧失手术机会。化疗在恶性肿瘤的治疗过程中具有不可替代的作用。然而，肿瘤细胞多药耐药是阻碍肿瘤治疗成功的主要原因之一，是导致肿瘤治疗困难和复发的重要因素，临床上，由于肿瘤细胞逐渐丧失对化疗药物的敏感性常常导致化疗失败，使患者预后较差。本文就肿瘤多药耐药机制做一综述。

Research progress of multidrug resistance in tumor

In China,a majority of malignant tumor patients are at middle-advanced stages when diagnosed,which means loss of the surgery opportunity. Chemotherapy is the main treatment for malignant tumor of middle-advanced stage. However,multidrug resistance of cancer cells is one of the main obstacles to successful cancer treatment,and it′s one of the main factors resulting in treatment difficulties and disease relapses,because of the tumor lost the sensibil-ity to the chemotherapeutic agemts,the chemotherapy treatment in clinical always come out unsatisfactory,and it leads to a bad prognosis. This article aims at elaborating the mechanisms of multidrug resistance in malignant tumor.
