结肠癌组织中 Bmi －1和 p53的表达及意义

目的：探析结肠癌组织中 Bmi －1和 p53的表达情况及意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学 SP 法对60例结肠癌及其相应癌旁组织中 Bmi －1和 p53的蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果：结肠癌组织中 Bmi －1阳性表达34例（阳性率为56．7％），相应癌旁结肠组织中阳性表达2例（3．33％），结肠癌组织中 p53阳性表达44例（阳性率为73．3％），相应癌旁组织中无阳性表达（0％），结肠癌与正常组织中 Bmi －1和 p53表达率差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；Bmi －1和 p53的表达与患者的一般资料如年龄、性别和浸润深度方面关联不大（P＞0．05），而与分化程度、有无淋巴结转移（P ＜0．05）及 Duke＇s 分期（P ＜0．01）方面关联明显。同时，Bmi －1和 p53的表达呈显著正相关（r ＝0．461，P ＜0．01）。结论：Bmi －1和 p53的表达情况可作为评估结肠癌预后的有效指标，Bmi －1和 p53可能成为预测结肠癌高度转移的新分子标志物。

Expressions of Bmi -1 and p53 and significance in colon cancer

Objective:To investigate expressions and significance of Bmi -1 and p53 in colon cancer.Methods:Expression of Bmi -1 and p53 were detected in 60 cases of tumor tissues and tumor -adjacent normal tissues by the immunohistochemical SP method.Results:The positive expression of Bmi -1 in colon cancer were 34 cases(the posi-tive rate was 56.7%)and 2 cases in cancer adjacent normal tissues(the positive rate was 3.33%).The positive ex-pression of p53 in colon cancer were 44 cases and the positive rate was 73.3%.The positive expression of p53 in cancer adjacent normal tissues was 0%.The differential expressions of Bmi -1 and p53 in colon cancer and normal tissues had significant difference (P <0.05).Over -expression of Bmi -1 and p53 had no relation with age,gender and tumor depth (P >0.05),but was significantly related to tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and Duke's staging (P <0.05,P <0.01).Bmi -1 and p53 expression was positively correlated (r =0.461,P <0.01).Conclu-sion:The expression of Bmi -1 and p53 can be used as an effective index to evaluate the prognosis of colon cancer. Bmi -1 and p53 may be new molecular markers for predicting the metastasis of colon cancer.
