Tenascin-C表达与卵巢上皮性癌分化、浸润及转移的关系

目的:研究细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)中固生蛋白Tenascin-C (TNC)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达,探讨各因素对TNC在卵巢上皮性癌中表达的影响.方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测70例上皮性卵巢癌组织、10例卵巢交界组织和10例正常卵巢组织内TNC的表达,观察TNC的表达与上皮性卵巢癌病理学分型、分化程度及临床分期之间的关系.结果:免疫组化结果显示,TNC在上皮性卵巢癌中的阳性表达率高于非卵巢癌组织(P＜0.05).TNC的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的分化程度、临床期别、网膜和淋巴的转移、术前CA125相关(P＜0.05),与年龄、病理类型无关(P＞0.05).结论:TNC在上皮性卵巢癌中高表达,与其分化程度低、临床期别晚、网膜转移阳性、淋巴转移阳性及术前CA125值增高成正相关,而与年龄、病理类型无关.

The relationship between Tenascin-C expression and pathological differentiation,invasion and metastasis of the epithelial ovarian cancer

Objective:To investigate the effect of various factors on the expression of Tenascin-C (TNC) in epithelial ovarian cancer,and to explore the effect of the expression of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in the invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TNC in 70 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,10 cases of borderline ovarian tissue and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues.The expression of TNC was observed between the epithelial ovarian cancer and the pathological type,differentiation degree and clinical stage relationship.Results:Immunohistochemical result showed that the positive expression rate of TNC in epithelial ovarian cancer was higher than non ovarian cancer tissue(P ＜ 0.05).The expression of TNC was related to epithelial ovarian cancer differentiation,clinical stage,whether with omentum and lymphatic metastasis,preoperative CA125 (P ＜ 0.05),had nothing to do with age,pathological type (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:TNC is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer,which is positively correlated with the degree of differentiation,clinical stage,omentum metastasis,positive lymph node metastasis and preoperative CA125 value,but not with age and pathological type.
