血清 CA125、凝血功能、血脂检测在子宫内膜癌分期中的价值

目的:分析比较凝血功能、血脂、血清CA125在Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌患者与>Ⅰ期的子宫内膜癌患者中的差异,以及术后病理结果证实淋巴结阳性及淋巴结阴性患者间的差异.方法:对2015年5月至2016年6月就诊于我院肿瘤妇科经术前诊刮或术后病理结果证实为子宫内膜癌的123例患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析.结果:血清CA125、凝血活酶时间(APTT)在Ⅰ期及>Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌患者中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中APTT在两组中的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01).其他凝血功能指标以及血脂水平在两者之间差异无明显统计学意义.总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)在淋巴结阳性与阴性组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).血清CA125及凝血功能指标在两组间差异无明显统计学意义.结论:血清CA125及APTT在术前判断子宫内膜癌患者的临床分期可能有一定的参考价值.CHO、TG、LDL在预测子宫内膜癌患者淋巴结转移方面可能有一定的参考价值.

The value of serum CA125,blood coagulation function and blood lipid in the stage of endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To compare the difference of the blood coagulation function,blood lipid analysis,serum CA125 in stage Ⅰ patients with endometrial carcinoma and > stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma patients,and by postoperative pathological results confirm the difference of positive lymph nodes and negative lymph node patients.Methods:The clinical and pathological data of 123 patients with endometrial carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016.Results:The serum CA125,APTT in stage Ⅰ and > stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma patients had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05),with significantly statistical significance in APTT between two groups (P<0.01).Other blood coagulation indexes and blood lipid levels between the stage Ⅰ and > stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma patients were not statistically significant.Total cholesterol (CHO),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL) had statistically significant differences in lymph node positive and negative group (P<0.05).CA125 in serum and blood coagulation indexes in the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:The serum CA125 and APTT in the endometrium of patients with clinical judgment in the preoperative staging of cancer may have a certain reference value.The total cholesterol (CHO),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL) in predicting lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial cancer may have a certain reference value.
