| 摘 要： | 右美托咪定是一种高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,有镇静、催眠及镇痛等作用.右美托咪定与阿片类等药物联合应用于术后镇痛,可以减少阿片类等药物的用药量及其不良反应,同时增强此类药物的镇痛作用.本文就右美托咪定如何在术后镇痛中应用、镇痛优势及其注意事项予以综述.

| Abstract: | Dexdemetomidine is a highly selective a2 adrenergic receptor agonist.It has pharmacological properties such as sedation,hypnosis and analgesic.Dexmedetomidine combined with opioids for postoperative analgesia reduces the requirement and adverse reactions of opioids.Meanwhile,it can enhance the effect of analgesia.In this article,the application of dexmedetomidine in the postoperative analgesia,analgesic advantages and attentions were reviewed. |
