| 摘 要： | 目的探讨臂丛复合颈丛神经阻滞麻醉在锁骨骨折手术中的优势。方法锁骨骨折36例患者,随机分成3组,全身麻醉组(A组),臂丛阻滞麻醉组(B组),臂丛复合颈丛麻醉组(C组),每组12例,分别于麻醉诱导前(T0)、切皮时(T1)、手术10min(T2)、上钢板时(T3)、缝合时(T4),记录血流动力学情况,观察患者术中不适次数和追加基础麻醉次数,并观察术后不良反应。结果①B组追加基础麻醉次数和术中不适次数与A、C组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②B组的心率和平均动脉压在T1、T2、T3、T4时与T0时比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③A、C组患者情况相似,无统计学意义。结论臂丛复合颈丛神经阻滞麻醉在锁骨骨手术中,麻醉效果接近全身麻醉,但操作简单,麻醉管理方便,更适合此类手术。
