| 摘 要： | 目的探讨军人腕舟骨骨不连的原因及治疗对策。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月—2011年2月收治的腕舟骨骨不连经手术治疗的26例的临床资料。结果 26例均行带桡动脉茎突返支血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入联合克氏针内固定术治疗,平均随访18个月,骨性愈合率达100.0%,术后腕关节功能优良率为92.3%。结论带桡动脉茎突返支血管蒂桡骨茎突骨瓣植入联合克氏针内固定术,可重建骨折端血运且固定可靠,促进腕舟骨骨不连骨性愈合,有效恢复腕关节功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore causes and treatments of scaphoid nonunion in the army.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 26 armed police soldiers with scaphoid nonunion who were treated with surgery during January 2005 and February 2011 was done.Results 26 patients were followed-up for the average 18 months,the bony union rate was 100.0% and postoperative wrist joint function score by Krimmer scoring system was 92.3%.Conclusion Vascularized radial flap combined with Kirschner wire in treatment of scaphoid nonunion are effective,which can stimulate the rebuilding of blood supply,maintain reliable fixation in fracture ends,promote fracture healing and restore normal wrist function. |
