单孔腹腔镜原发性肝癌切除术3例报告

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜技术在肝癌外科治疗中的优势与局限性。方法:回顾分析为3例肝癌患者行单孔腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:3例均成功完成单孔腹腔镜手术,术后平均住院3.7 d,无一例发生胆漏、腹腔出血等严重并发症。结论:单孔腹腔镜肝癌切除术安全、可行,具有美观、患者创伤小、疼痛轻、康复快等优点,但在手术对象选择、器械应用、手术时间控制等方面尚存有一定局限性。

A report of 3 cases of Single-port laparoscopic hepatectomy

Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of single-port laparoscopic techniques in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods:Clinical data of 3 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma,who received single-port laparoscopic hepatectomy,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All procedures were successfully performed.Mean postoperative hospital stay was 3.7 d,and no severe complication was observed after surgery.Conclusions:Single-port laparoscopic hepatectomy was safe and feasible.It was associated with more beautiful appearance,less trauma and quicker recovery,but there were several limitations in the selection of patients,operation time and devices.
