| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定熊去氧胆酸片含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.001mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH至2.0)–乙腈(50∶50),检测波长为210 nm,柱温40℃。结果:熊去氧胆酸进样量在1.8μg～104μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=9)为102.0%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,重现性好,可有效控制熊去氧胆酸片的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets. Method： A Hypersil ODS2 column （4. 6 mm x 250 ram,5μm）was used. Using the mobile phase of 0. 001mol L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （adjust to pH 2.0 with phosphate acid acetonitrile （50： 50）. The detection wavelength was set at 210nm and temperature was 40 ℃. Result： Ursodeoxyeholie acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.8-104μg（ r = 0. 999 8 ） , and the average recovery wasl02. 0% with RSD = 1.2% （n =9）. Conclusion： The method is specific, accurate and convenient to be used for the quality control of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets. |
