摘    要:目的:建立复方氨基酸(8)维生素(11)胶囊中5-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸的质量控制方法。方法:采用Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.04%戊烷磺酸钠),采用梯度洗脱;流量1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长240 nm;柱温25℃。结果:5-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸在5.1009~51.100 9μg.mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为101.58%,RSD为0.92%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,能有效检测复方氨基酸胶囊中的5-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of 5-Hydroxyanthranilic Acid in Compound Amino Acid (8) Vitamin( 11 )Capsules. Method: The Agilent C15 column(4. 6ram x 250 ram,5 μm)was used by gradient elution using acetonitfile- 0. 05 tool . L-1 KH2 pO4 solution ( contain 0. 04% sodium pentanesulfonate) . The flow rate was 1.0 mL - min-l. The detection wavelength was at 240nm and the colum temperature was at 25 ℃. Results: The method showed a good linearity(r =0. 9996) in the concentration range of 5. 1009-51. 1009μg . mLfor 5-hydroxyanthranilic acid. The mean recovery was 101.58% , RSD =0. 92% ( n = 9) . Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of 5-Hydroxyanthranilic Acid in Compound Amino Acid ( 8 ) Vitamin ( 11 ) Capsules.
