对《中国药典》2010年版苏合香丸鉴别方法改进的研究

摘    要:目的:对《中国药典》2010年版一部苏合香丸的诃子、木香的薄层鉴别和麝香酮的GC鉴别方法进行改进。方法:以没食子酸对照品、诃子对照药材作对照,采用三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(5∶4∶1)为展开剂进行鉴别;以木香对照药材作对照,采用石油醚(60~90℃)-乙酸乙酯(17∶3)为展开剂进行鉴别;以麝香酮作对照,采用柱长为2m,以聚乙二醇20000(PEG-20M)和5%二苯基-95%二甲基聚硅氧烷为混合固定相,涂布浓度分别为1.64%和1.32%,柱温为180℃进行GC鉴别。结果:采用改进后的薄层鉴别方法对诃子及木香进行鉴别,斑点更为清晰。采用改进后的GC鉴别方法对麝香酮进行鉴别,重现性较好,且能与样品中的各杂质峰实现良好分离。结论:改进后的薄层鉴别方法和GC鉴别方法准确、简便、专属性好。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the TLC identification for Chebulae Fructus and Aucklandiae Radix, and the GC identification formuscone. Methods: Gallic acid was chosen as chemical reference substance,and Chebulae Fructus as reference drag,and c.hloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid (5:4:1 )was chosen to he as developing agent to identify gdlic acid and Chebulae Fructus ; and using petroleum ether ( 60 - 90 ℃ ) - ethyl acetate ( 17: 3) as developing agent fi)r identification of Aucklandiae Radix; muscone as control, eolunm length is 2m, with polyethylene glycol 20 000 (PEG-20M) and 5% diphenyl - 95% dimethyl polysiloxane stationary phase as the mixed stationary phase, coating concentrations were 1.64% and 1.32% , the column temperature was 180 ℃ for GC identification. Result:Using the improved method, Chelmlae Fructus nd Aucklandiae Radix had more clear spots; GC identification of muscone was reliable and the sample peak achieved good separation with various impurities Conclusions:The improved TLC and GC identification methods are more accurate, simple with good specificity.
