| 摘 要： | 目的分析某部新兵唾液K＋、Na＋、Ca2＋浓度的特点。方法收集某部67名新兵的唾液样品,应用XD-685分析仪,依据离子选择性电极的测量原理测量样品中的K＋、Na＋、Ca2＋浓度。结果唾液K＋浓度为（15.01±1.21）mmol/L,最小浓度为13.10 mmol/L,最大浓度为20.30 mmol/L;唾液Na＋浓度为（4.25±0.84）mmol/L,最小浓度为1.10 mmol/L,最大浓度为5.05 mmol/L;唾液Ca2＋浓度为（0.65±0.07）mmol/L,最小浓度为0.39 mmol/L,最大浓度为0.76 mmol/L。结论某部新兵唾液K＋、Na＋、Ca2＋浓度与地方健康人群测定值相当,可为建立我军健康人群唾液K＋、Na＋、Ca2＋浓度标准提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics of potassium,sodium and calcium ionic concentrations of salivary in recruit.Methods 67 recruits′ saliva K＋,Na＋,Ca2＋ ionic concentration were detected with XD-685 analyzer according to ion selective electrode measuring principle.Results Mean concentration of K＋（Potassium） was（15.01±1.21） mmol/L,minimum value was 13.10 mmol/L and maximum value was 20.30 mmol/L.Mean concentration of Na＋（Sodium） was（4.25±0.84） mmol/L,minimum value was 1.10 mmol/L and maximum value was 5.05 mmol/L.Mean concentration of Ca2＋（Calcium） was（0.65±0.07） mmol/L,minimum value was 0.39 mmol/L and maximum value was 0.76 mmol/L.Conclusion Recruits′ saliva K＋、Na＋、Ca2＋ ionic concentrations are comparative to the ordinary measured value,and the results can provide information of standardization in saliva K＋、Na＋、Ca2＋ ionic concentrations of PLA. |
