黄连素联合培菲康治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

目的:观察黄连素联合培菲康治疗腹泻型肠易激惹综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:将90例腹泻型肠易激惹综合征患者分为三组,每组病例均30例。联合治疗组为黄连素联合培菲康治疗组;对照组两组为单用培菲康组和单用黄连素组。治疗2周后三组进行疗效比较。结果:联合治疗组总有效率93.3%,单用黄连素组总有效率66.7%,单用培菲康组总有效率70.0%,联合治疗组总有效率明显优于各单用药物对照组(P<0.05),单用黄连素组与单用培菲康组比较,总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。三组患者均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:黄连素联合培菲康治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全、有效,值得临床推广使用。

Observation of Clinical Effect of Berberine Combined with Birid Triple Viable in Treatment of Diarrhea Predominant Irritabel Bowel Syndrome

Objective：To observe the effect and safety of berberine combined with Birid Triple Viable in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： Ninety cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were divided into 3 groups, and each group had 30 cases. Combined treating group received both berberine and Birid Triple Viable treatment, while the 2 control groups received either berberine or Birid Triple Viable treatment. After 2-week treatment, the treating effect were compared among the 3 groups. Results： The total effective rate in combined treating group was 93.3% ,berberine group 66.7% ,and Birid Triple Viable group 70.0%. The total effective rate in combined treating group was obviously higher than each control group （P 〈0.05）. There was no obviously difference between berberine and Birid Triple Viable groups （P 〉0.05）. There was no obvious side-effect found in all groups. Conclusion： Berberine combined with Birid Triple Viable is safe and effective in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, It is worth wide spread application.
