生存素在人脑膜瘤组织的表达及意义

目的　探讨凋亡抑制蛋白生存素在脑膜瘤组织的表达及其临床意义。　方法　应用免疫组织化学SP法检测4 4例脑膜瘤组织中生存素的表达,回顾性分析该表达与临床病理学特征的关系。　结果　脑膜瘤织中生存素表达的阳性率为5 6 .82 % (2 5 / 4 4) ,其中良性组为93.8% (15 / 16 )、非典型组4 1.7% (5 / 12 )、恶性组31.3%(5 / 16 ) ;良、恶性脑膜瘤生存素表达在患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;良性组分别与非典型组和恶性组比较差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　生存素在脑膜瘤组织中高表达是其特异性之一;生存素可能参与脑膜瘤的发生和发展,有可能成为诊断的分子学参考指标。

Expression of Survivin in Human Meningiomas

Objective To explore the clinic importance of expression of apoptosis inhibited protein survivin in meningiomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of survivin in 44 cases of meningiomas tissue. The relationship between survivin expression and clinical pathology character of meningiomas was analyzed retrospectively. Results The positive rate of survivin expression in meningiomas was 56.82%(25/44). The positive rate of the benign group was 93.8%(15/16), while the atypical group was 41.7%(5/12), and the positive rate of the malignant group was 31.3%(5/16). The expression of survivin was not significantly different while age, gender, location of the tumor and the size of the tumor was concerned(P>0.05). The expression rate of survivin of the benign group was significantly high than that of the malignant group and that of the atypical group(P<0.05). Conclusions High expression of survivin is one of the specificity of meningiomas. Survivin might play a important role in the development of meningiomas, and might be a molecule marker of meningiomas.
