急性胰腺炎时胰腺毛细血管壁通透性的变化及栀子的影响

取健康ＳＤ大鼠３０只（２００－２５０ｇ）随机分为三组：正常组，胰炎＋盐水组和胰炎＋栀子组。用去氧胆酸钠诱发大鼠急性胰腺炎。胰炎＋栀子组大鼠于术前１小时，术后４、２３小时经口给５０％栀子煎剂各２ｍｌ，胰炎＋盐水组给生理盐水，处理相同。术后２４小时，采用伊文思蓝荧光法观察栀子对胰腺组织中毛细血管通透性的影响，同时进行了组织检查。结果显示：胰炎＋盐水组的胰腺组织内伊文思蓝漏出量与正常和栀子组比明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），并出现水肿、出血、坏死及炎细胞浸润，栀子组则病变很轻。表明急性胰腺炎时，毛细血管通透性明显增加，而栀子具有减轻这种损伤的作用。

Effect of gardenia Jasminoides ellis(GJE) on capillary permeahility of pancreas in experimental acute pancreatitis(AP)

healthy SD rats weighing 200-250g were divided randomly into 3 groups:normal,AP+saline,AP+GJE.The acute pancreatitis was induced with DCA-Na injection. Rats of GJE group were treated with 50% GJE decoction 2ml per oral 1h pre and 4,23h post-operation, rats of saline group were treated similarly but with saline.Effect of GJE on capillary permeability of the pancreas was observed with fluorescent method of Evans blue in 24h after operation.The changes of pathohistology were measured simutanously.The results showed that the escape of Evans blue increased significantly in AP+saline group compared to GJE group and normal group(P<0.01).There were edema,hemorrhage, necrosis and inflammatory in pancreas of AP.GJE alleviated these changes.It demonstrated an increase in capillary permeability in AP,while GJE reduced the injury.
