银黄冲剂兔体内生物利用度研究

摘    要: 采用HPLC,以银黄冲剂中主要有效成分黄芩甙为测定指标,以银黄注射液为对比,用家兔为实验对象,测定银黄注射液和银黄冲剂单剂量给药后的血药浓度并据此计算银黄冲剂的生物利用度。结果表明,银黄冲剂的血药峰浓度为0.1959μg/ml,达峰时间为1.39h,生物利用度为61.19%。该研究为银黄冲剂的内在质量评价提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:After administration of the singles dose of Yinhuang Chongji(Chinese materia med-ica preparation) in rabbits,the concentration of baicalin in serum was determined by HPLC,con-tracted with Yinhuang injection. Baicalin was considered the main effective ingredient of Yinhuangand the target ingredient of the determination. The bioavailability of Yinhuang Chongii was calcu-lated. The maximun peak concentration of baicalin in serum was 0.1959 μg/ml. The time to getthis concentration was 1. 39 hours. The bioavailabilitv was 61. 19%. This study will provide scien-tific basis for the quality evaluation of Yinhuang Chongji.
