抗精子抗体对不孕不育患者的影响

目的：探讨抗精子抗体（AsAb）在免疫性不孕不育症患者血清中的检测情况。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法测定246例不孕不育症患者AsAb，男89例，女157例，其中89对为夫妇，早期自然流产者39例，同时与57例健康正常生育年龄人员作为对照组。其中男31例，女26例。结果：不孕不育患者AsAb阳性率22．36％，明显高于正常对照组（7．02％），男性患者阳性率16．85％，女性患者阳性率25．48％，均高于正常对照组（7．02％），P〈0．05。早期自然流产AsAb阳性率30．77％，高于正常对照圣且（7．02％），其中不孕不育组女性AsAb阳性率明显高于男性。结论：血清AsAb检测对不孕不育的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。

The effect of antisperm antibodies for infertile patients

Objective ： To investigate the anti sperm antibody （AsAb） detection in patients with immune infertility. Methods ： using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was measured in 246 cases of infertility patients AsAb, male 89 cases, female 157 cases, of which 89 of couples, 39 cases of early spontaneous abortion, and at the same time as and 57 normal child-beating age personnel control group. Male 31 cases, female 26 cases.Results ： the positive rate of AsAb 22.36% infertility patients, was significantly higher than that in normal control group （7.02%）, the positive rate of male patients and 16.85% female patients, the positive rate of 25.48%, higher than that in the control group （7.02%）, P〈0.05. The positive rate of AsAb in early spontaneous abortion 30.77%, higher than that of normal control group （7.02%）, of which the positive rate of AsAb in female infertility group was higher than that of male. Conclusions ： it is an important significance in diagnosis and treatment of detection of serum AsAb in patients with infertility.
