WBC联合hs-CRP检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的:探讨血常规白细胞计数与hs-CRP联合检测在诊断儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年7月-2013年12月我院儿科门诊收治的呼吸道感染患儿141例(细菌感染患者61例,病毒感染患者80例)以及同期健康体检患儿50例作为研究对象,均在我科取末梢全血进行血常规和hs-CRP检测,分析比较三组受试者血常规WBC计数和hs-CRP水平差异。结果:细菌感染组WBC和hs-CRP平均水平均高于病毒感染组、健康对照组(P〈0.01);病毒感染组hs-CRP水平高于健康对照组(P〈0.05),但WBC计数与健康对照组比较无明显差异(P〉0.05);细菌感染组中WBC和hs-CRP双阳性率明显高于病毒感染组(P〈0.01);细菌感染组单hs-CRP阳性率高于病毒感染组(P〈0.05)。结论:联合检测hs-CRP、血常规WBC计数对小儿感染性疾病有重要诊断价值,对于小儿细菌性感染疾病有较高诊断敏感性。

Abstract:Objective:to investigate the routine blood leukocyte count and hs - CRP detection application value in the diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases. Selection.Methods:July 2013 - December 2013, our hospital pediatric outpatient treated 141 cases of children with respiratory tract infections (bacterial infection in patients with 61 cases, 80 patients with viral infection), and at the same time healthy check-up with 50 cases as the research object, in our department to take peripheral whole blood for blood routine and hs - CRP detection and compared three groups of subjects routine blood WBC count and hs - CRP level difference.Results: the bacterial infection group, the WBC and hs - CRP were higher than average viral infection group and healthy control group (P 〈 0.01); Virus infection group of hs - CRP levels higher than healthy controls (P 〈 0.05), but no obvious difference was found between the WBC count compared with healthy controls (P 〉 0.05); Bacterial infection of the WBC and hs - double positive rate of CRP significantly higher than the viral infection group (P 〈 0.01); Bacterial infection group and single hs - CRP were higher than that of virus infection group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions:the combined detection of hs - CRP, routine blood WBC count has important diagnostic value to the pediatric infectious diseases, had a higher diagnostic sensitivity for pediatric bacterial infection disease.
