从四川芦山地震救援经验探讨中国卫生紧急医学救援队救援模式

2013年4月20日8：02，四川省雅安市芦山县发生7.0级地震。造成大量伤亡和财产损失，应国家卫计委通知要求武警总医院中国卫生紧急医学救援队赴雅安执行医学救援任务，定点医院院内急救、灾区巡诊相结合，成功完成各项救援任务。本文回顾总结以此次救援行动的工作经验，对中国卫生紧急医学救援队救援模式进行探讨，为进一步建立规范有效的救援模式和救援规范提供借鉴。作为国家级专业救援队伍应充分依托当地资源，与各级救援队相互配合；进一步建立权威信息发布平台，合理调度各级救援力量；进行教学培训、提高灾区基础医疗机构水平。

Explore the relief model of Chinese National Emergency Medical Rescue Team-experience sharing of Sichuan Lushan Rescue

Requested by Ministry of Health, Chinese Emergency Medical Rescue Team （NEMRT）, founded from General Hospital of CAPF, was dispatched immediately to Yaan, Sichuan Province, where a 7.0 struck earthquake occurred on April 20, 2013. Not only did the disaster cause casualties but a huge economy loss. The in-hospital treatment combined with rounds of field visits was strategized in the disaster relief mission and received satisfactory result. The NEMRT’s model and its successful experience were shared and discussed in order to furnish valuable reference for establishing more standardized and effective disaster relief model. To maximize the rescue effort, the followings are recommended： heavily rely on local resources; corporate with medical rescue teams on different levels; establish authoritative information platform; efficiently use rescue resources based on different need and situation;provide practical training to public;and enhance local medical capability as a whole.
