摘    要:目的:了解呼吸病房病原菌分布及对抗菌药物的耐药状况。方法:对我院呼吸病房一年阳性病原菌和病原菌药物敏感性进行分析。结果:分离552株病原菌,其中革兰阴性菌占86.05%,革兰阳性菌占13.95%;前5位病原菌为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌分别占29.71%、21.20%、17.93%、6.34%、4.71%。结论:呼吸病房的病原菌耐药严重,检测细菌分布及耐药性变化有利,Ig床合理使用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the drug sensitivity of antimicrobial resistance condition in fesplratory. Methods : The positive pathogens and drug sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria from fesplratory in our hospital were analyzed.Results : Separate 552 strains of pathogenic bacteria, among all the pathogens, the gram negative bacteria accounted for 86.05%, gram positive bacteria accounted for 13.95%. The top 5 pathogens bacteria were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Acinetobacter baumannii, they were accounted for 29.71%, 21.20%, 17.93%, 6.34%, 4.71%. Conclusions : The problem of the pathogen resistance of ICU were serious. It's very important to understand the change of bacteria distribution and drug resistance, and it is helpful to select antibiotics correctly.
