无偿献血者外周红细胞指标对单采血小板质量的影响

目的：探讨无偿献血者外周红细胞指标对单采血小板质量的影响，并探讨筛选献血者的适宜标准。方法：收集194名无偿献血者的献血前外周红细胞指标（包括红细胞平均体积、平均血红蛋白含量、平均血红蛋白浓度）与单采血小板收集量进行单因素相关分析，并对献血者采集前后的相应指标作配对比较。结果：无偿献血者的采血前外周红细胞平均体积、平均血红蛋白含量、平均血红蛋白浓度均与单采血小板收集量呈负相关关系，且有统计学意义。结论：外周红细胞指标是筛选单采血小板无偿献血者的重要指标。

The effect of blood donors peripheral red blood cell parameters for plateletpheresis quality

Objective ： To discuss the effect of blood donor＇ s peripheral red blood cell parameters on the quality of plateletpheresis product and the appropriate standard for selecting plateletpheresis donors. Methods ： Conduct single factor analysis between the quantity of plateletpheresis product and the pre-donation peripheral red blood cell parameters of 194 blood donors, including mean corpuscular volume （ MCV ） , mean corpuscular hemoglobin（MCH）, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration（MCHC）, and conduct paired comparison between pre- and post-donation parameters.Results ： There is a negative correlation between pre-donafion peripheral mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and the platelet quantity （ p 〈 0.01 ）, which has statistical sense. C0nclusions ： Preipheral red blood cell parameters is an important index for screenig plateletpheresis blood donors.
