束缚应激对大鼠血清氨基酸含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨慢性束缚应激状态下对大鼠血清氨基酸代谢的影响。方法Wistar大鼠16只随机分为两组,即对照组和束缚应激组,根据束缚组大鼠摄食量进行对喂。束缚组每天束缚6h,束缚6周。高压液相色谱法测定血清中半胱氨酸和还原形谷胱甘肽含量。全自动氨基酸分析仪测定血清中其它氨基酸含量。结果束缚组大鼠血清色氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、苯丙氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、半胱氨酸、精氨酸和谷胱甘肽含量显著降低,P〈0.05,而束缚应激后蛋氨酸和牛黄酸含量则显著升高,P〈0.05。结论慢性束缚应激导致机体氨基酸代谢增强。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of chronic restraint stress on amino acid metabolism. Methods Sixteen male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, control group, and restraint stress group which was restrained 6 hours a day for six weeks. Concentrations of amino acid and glutathione in serum were assayed by high performance liquid chromatography and amino acid analyzer respectively. Results Tryptophan, threonine, lysine, phenylalanine, serine, glycine, glutamate, cysteine, arginine, and glutathione of restraint stress group were decreased significantly, P 〈0.05, and'its methionine, taurine were increased significantly comparing with control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The results suggests that chronic stress may increase amino acid metabolism.
