| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药藿朴夏苓汤加味防治恶性肿瘤化疗的恶心呕吐反应.方法 80例病人被随机配对分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用藿朴夏苓汤加味治疗,对照组应用恩丹西酮治疗.所获数据经χ2检验.结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组为85%,无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论该方以祛湿为主,兼和胃降逆,药物精简,用其对于防治恶性肿瘤化疗呕吐反应是一条安全有效的途径.
