原因不明反复自然流产患者的主动免疫治疗

目的观察反复自然流产患者的主动免疫治疗前后抗丈夫淋巴细胞毒抗体（APLA）的变化情况，探讨主动免疫治疗对反复自然流产（RSA）的疗效。方法采用丈夫静脉血的淋巴细胞使78例原因不明反复自然流产患者（URSA）免疫化。结果RSA患者免疫治疗前APLA阳性率是6．54％，免疫治疗后APLA阳性率是94．87％．RSA治疗前后APLA阳性率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；免疫治疗后的患者再次妊娠成功率为90．71％．未经治疗的患者妊娠成功率为43．75％，两组比较差异有显著性。结论丈夫或无关个体的主动免疫治疗．能有效刺激RSA患者产生封闭抗体，并导致妊娠成功。

Active immunotherapy in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To observe the changes of antipaternal lyhaphocyte antibody （APLA） after the therapy and investigate the effect of the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） by active immunotherapy. Methods Seventy-eight unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion （URSA） women were immunized by their husband＇s lymphocytes for 3 months.Results The their anti-paternal lymphocyte antibody （APLA） positive rate was 6.54% before immunization,After immunization,the APLA positive rate increased to 94.87%.positive rate were significanty different from that of before the active immunotherapy （P〈0.01）.The successful pregnancy rate was 90.77% following immunization.Significantly higher than that of the control group （43.75%）.Conclusion The third party and their husband＂ s lymphocytes immunization could effectively stimulate the aborters of lowered APLA to produce blocking abtibodies,leading to successful pregnancy.
